Fitted offices are a hybrid of traditional bare office leases, and full Serviced Offices – offering low cost office space ready for immediate use but retaining the flexibility to only incorporate and pay for the specific services you need. Fitted offices can be used as permanent offices, overflow space or branch offices and are particularly attractive to small businesses and startups looking for inexpensive office options within the prime CBD area.
The fees that tenants are charged in fitted offices include the basic rent, fit-out, furnishings, maintenance, air-conditioning, lighting, cleaning and security services. Fitted offices however do not provide reception services, phones or internet services, thereby providing flexibility for tenants to only subscribe specifically for the services they need.
